How To Make Pancakes

How To Make Pancakes

 Ever wondered how to make those delicious ultimate super pancakes you always wished for? Now's the time to do them!

Basic Pancake Dough

Time: 10min

Ingredients (8-10 pancakes):

-125g (0,28 pounds) of Cake Flour

-1 Egg;

 -2,5 dl (0,66 us gallons) of Milk;

 -Salt;

Sift the flour with a pinch of salt into a bowl. Make a hole in the middle and pour the egg in it, slightly beaten. Stir the mix with a wooden spoon. Add half of the portion of the milk and stir, always with a wooden spoon, until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Let it stand for a few minutes and add the remaining milk, beating until you see bubbles on the dough and a velvety consistency. Cook the pancakes over medium heat in a frying pan previously greased iron and hot. Turn the pancake, let it brown on the other side and remove it from the pan. Resume to bake all the dough. Stack the pancakes. If instead of using an non-stick coating you use a iron frying pan, it does not require the grease before cooking each one of the pancakes.

Done! Now you can dress the pancakes with (almost) anything you want! Hmm, maybe a bit of chocolate or lemon! I'm hungry! I'll eat some pancakes! Hope you liked the tip, see ya!
